    At BCOONS VENTURES LLP, we want you to love your lighting purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

    1. What Can Be Returned?

    Eligible Returns

    • Timeframe: Request a return within 14 days of delivery
    • Condition: Items must be:
      • Unused and in original condition
      • Packaged in the original box with all parts/accessories
      • Free of damage, scratches, or installation marks
    • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom/made-to-order lighting fixtures
    • Clearance or "Final Sale" items
    • Products missing original packaging or components
    • Items damaged after delivery (improper installation, accidents, etc.)

    2. Your Return Options

    Option A: Exchange or Replacement

    • If you received the wrong item, we will exchange it with the correct product at no additional cost.
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it promptly.

    Option B: Refund

    • If you prefer not to receive an exchange or replacement, you can request a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    Note: We do not offer cash/credit card refunds for returns.

    3. How to Return an Item

    Step 1: Contact Us

    • Email info@lightcoons.in with:
      • Your order number
      • Photos of the item (if defective/wrong)
      • Reason for return

    Step 2: Get Approval

    • We"ll respond within 24 hours with:
    • Return authorization
    • Shipping instructions (including address)

    tep 3: Ship It Back

    • Pack securely using original packaging
    • Include all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories
    • Customer pays return shipping unless it"s our mistake

    Step 4: Receive Your Exchange/Credit

    • Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
    • You"ll get email confirmation when complete

    4. Special Cases

    Defective/Wrong Items?

    • Report within 5 days of delivery
    • Email clear photos/video of the issue
    • We"ll send a replacement immediately (free return shipping)

    Changed Your Mind

    • You can return within 14 days
    • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
    • 15% restocking fee may apply

    5. Important Notes

    • Original packaging required – without it, we may refuse the return
    • Inspection takes 2-3 days after we receive your item
    • Damaged returns will not be accepted
