CANCELLATION Policy

At BCOONS VENTURES LLP, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

1. When Can You Cancel?

You may cancel your order only if it has not entered the shipping process. Here’s how it works:

Eligible for Cancellation:

• Orders in "Pending" or"Processing" status.
• Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing the order (for faster dispatch items).

Cannot Be Cancelled:

• Orders marked "Shipped" or"Out for Delivery".
• Custom or made-to-order lighting products (once production begins).
• Special discounts or clearance items (unless defective).

2. How to Cancel Your Order

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

1. Log In → Visit https://lightcoons.in and sign in to your account.
2. Go to "My Orders" → Locate the order you wish to cancel.
3. Select "Cancel Order" → If the button is available, confirm your request.
4. Confirmation → You’ll receive an email/SMS once the cancellation is processed.

Option 2: Contact Support

If the "Cancel" button is unavailable or you need assistance:

3. Refund Process

• Refund Timeline: 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.
• Refund Method: Original payment mode (e.g., credit card, UPI, or wallet).
• Exceptions: Bank processing times may vary (up to 7–10 days for some methods).

4. What If My Order Ships Before Cancellation?

If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation:

• Refuse Delivery: Return the package unopened to the courier.
• Initiate a Return: Follow our Return Policy for a refund/exchange.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled after purchase:

• Custom-designed lighting fixtures (tailored to your specifications).
• Clearance sale items (marked "Final Sale").
• Gift cards or digital products.
