1. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

• Detailed description (e.g., "LED panel arrived with cracked edges")

2. OUR RESOLUTION PATH

• You'll receive a unique ticket ID within 12 working hours
• Dedicated agent assigned to your case

Step 2: Investigation

Step 3: Solution Delivery

• Typical resolution within 3 business days
• Complex cases (like custom fixtures): 5-7 day timeline with daily updates

3. WHAT WE COVER

Valid Concerns

• Cracked/broken lighting fixtures (must show unboxing video)
• Electrical malfunctions (wiring, switches, etc.)
• Missing parts from modular lighting sets
• Significant color mismatch from product images

Exceptions

• Minor cosmetic scratches not affecting functionality
• Damage from improper installation
• Complaints filed 7 days after delivery
• Changes in personal preference

• Professional repacking for returns

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preserve original packaging for damaged items
• Test electrical products within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images showing:

• Product label/serial number
• Shipping label on box

WE DON'T TOLERATE

• Abusive language toward staff
• Fraudulent damage claims
• Serial complaint filing without cause
