    • Expected delivery date (based on your location)

    2. Order Changes & Cancellations

    Need to Modify:

    • Changes allowed within 1 hour of order placement
    • Cancellations possible before order processing begins (typically within 3 hours)
    • Note: Custom/bulky lighting items may process faster – contact us immediately if urgent

    Post-Dispatch Requests:

    • Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed
